Yes. Call the customer support number and provide your GPS location along with your request |

Refunds
Free cancellation within 2 minutes of placing an order. Else there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee after two minutes of placing the order.
Please allow up to 12 hours. You will receive a formal emails and SMS messages regarding your refund request status. |
Rentals
A courier will pick it up at the designated time. |
If the courier is unable to secure the rental equipment, then the equipment that is missing will be considered purchased and the customer’s deposit will be forfeited. |
